I cannot express enough how thoroughly impressed I was with our stay at this hotel. Taking care of my elderly parents was made so much easier with the attentive and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. the rooms were not only beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, but also incredibly soundproofed, allowing my parents to rest peacefully without any disturbances. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the presence of a washing machine and dryer in the room was a lifesaver. the electric kettle was a small but thoughtful touch that made our mornings much more pleasant. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when we wanted to relax in the room. Plus, the hotel's proximity to various restaurants like Angus Steakhouse, Caffe Concerto, and Wong Kei made dining out a breeze. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the heart of the city.
